Lisa not only walked us through setting our goals, she also explained why each part of planning the vision board was important. She let us know that it's not only important to set the goals, but to make sure we visualize them everyday (and gave details on the importance of how we visualize them). She also explained the importance of listing the things we're grateful for everyday, big and small. Then taking all of these intentions and releasing them to the Universe.
